A happy family is but an earlier heaven and as a family-owned and run business, we understand the importance of a strong and nurtured family unit. At Taylor’s, we endeavour to support of staff in any way we can so that they do not have to sacrifice precious family time for work.

We do this by supporting a flexible working environment which allows our working parents to attend family functions and care for sick kids without the stress of work impeding on their minds. Our beautiful mothers have enjoyed athletics carnivals with their kids and attended recitals and presentations, all while being able to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

What’s more, we cherish our annual family picnic which we hold every year as the weather warms up and the flower festival is in full swing. This year we enjoyed a beautiful afternoon in the sun, surrounded by flowers, family and good company. It is one of our greatest pride and joys that our workers at Taylor’s feel part of a strong and supportive working environment. We believe that it when our best work is done! Gone are the days when high-stress rigid working environments garnered successful results!
