Awards Dedicated to Strong Teamwork

On receiving the Queensland Trucking Association’s People Leadership Excellence Award for 2016 our Managing Director, Melissa Taylor dedicated the award to our team - “Taylor's Removals dedicates this award to present and past teams and generations. We wouldn't be where we are today without the dedication, loyalty and support of our wonderful team.”

Melissa Taylor was also recently named the National Trucking Industry’s Woman of the Year for 2016, and the 2016 National Women in Industry’s Award for Excellence in Commercial Transport as well as a High Commendation from the Queensland Supply Chain and Logistics for Industry Excellence. Melissa believes the company’s long history in Toowoomba is key to our success. “We offer a wealth of knowledge and experience that only comes with time-tested methods, fully trained staff and good old fashioned attention to detail. Experience is your safeguard and security.”

These photos of the Taylor’s team were taken just after the October breakfast meeting which included a presentation on the correct and safe procedures for changing a truck tyre. The breakfasts are held monthly and along with Mick’s sausages and eggs, the team shares useful tips from their knowledge and experience within the industry to benefit each other.
